Deal rooms
For the company running a round or a sale. Every party is included, and each adds 500 credits for the deal's work, valid for six months.
| SAFE or convertible note | $990 |
|---|---|
| Priced round | $2,490 |
| M&A up to $25M | $4,900 |
| M&A above $25M | $9,900 |
| After six months, until closing | $199 a month |
No refunds, but if the deal does not close, half of what its deal room cost becomes a credit toward your next one, for 12 months.
Credits
The AI's work is measured in credits, shared by everyone in the account. Each plan includes credits every month. Credits are taken when the work starts and given back if it cannot finish.
| File a document in the vault | 0.2 |
|---|---|
| A question, or a governance ask | 1 |
| A deal room answer drafted for you | 2 |
| Review a contract | 6 |
| Draft a document, readiness report, cap table, playbook check | 10 |
| Corporate or financial due diligence review | 300 |
| Both reviews together | 500 |
Viewing, sharing, the access log, templates and everything without AI use no credits.
Credit packs
For more AI work in a month. Packs are used after your plan's credits and stay valid for 12 months.
| 500 credits | $175 |
|---|---|
| 2,500 credits | $800 |
| 10,000 credits | $2,800 |
| Enterprise, yearly | from $0.22 a credit |

Is equitly a law firm?
No. equitly is software. It does not give legal advice or create a lawyer and client relationship. Drafts and reports from Elias and Layla are starting points for you and your advisers to review.
Who are Elias and Layla?
equitly's two AI transaction agents. Elias works for companies: he files your documents, drafts your answers and builds the closing agenda. Layla works for investors and buyers: she reviews what each company shares and writes the due diligence report. Each side's work stays with that side, and nothing goes out until a person approves it.
Does equitly find investors or buyers?
No. You bring the parties; equitly gets you ready and runs the deal with them.
How does Start for free work?
Open an account with no card. Your vault (up to 300 documents), viewing and sharing, templates and everything else that does not use AI stay free, and you can try the AI work on your own documents. Choose a plan, or buy a credit pack, when you want more of it.
What are credits?
The way equitly measures the AI's work. Each plan includes credits every month, shared by everyone in the account. A question uses 1, filing a document 0.2 and a readiness report 10; viewing, sharing and anything without AI use none. Credits are given back if the work cannot finish.
Does the other side need to be on equitly?
No. Investors, buyers and lawyers you invite are included in your plan and pay nothing to join your deal room. A fund can also run its own deal rooms on an investor plan.
Do I need my own lawyer?
equitly does not supply, choose or recommend lawyers. If you have one, invite them; they are included in your plan and can review drafts, approve answers before the other side sees them and sign off closing items.
Which jurisdictions does it cover?
equitly is built for companies in the EU, the USA, Canada, and the Middle East and Africa. Findings from Elias and Layla cite your documents, not legislation.
Where is my data, and who can see it?
Documents are stored in the EU (Ireland) and encrypted. Each party sees only what you share, watermarked, and every view and download is logged. AI requests are processed by Anthropic and may be handled outside the EU.
Is my data used to train AI?
No. Elias and Layla run on Anthropic's Claude models, and Anthropic does not train on data sent through its API.
Which documents should I upload first?
Whatever you have, signed or not: charter documents, the cap table or share register, shareholder and investor agreements, board approvals and key contracts. Elias files them and the readiness report shows what is missing.
Can I cancel?
Yes, at any time from Billing in the app. Your plan stays until the end of the period you paid for.
